Usually, I put all my thoughts into fic because that's how I work things out, but I don't know how to do that with this one (actually, that's a lie, this has been in a fic, but it was just a small part and not big enough to make my brain stop thinking).

So that follow-up to Jacobellis v. Ohio that I promised and promised and never delivered? It's basically done. It'll be posted as soon as I can smooth out the flow and the pacing (because the damn thing has been started and stopped so many times it's kind of a mess).
